Pala is a small business founded by John Pritchard, who built his brand on the idea of keeping their impact on the planet low, and their impact on people high. There are 1.2 billion people worldwide with poor vision simply because they are unable to receive basic surgery or access glasses, and Africa has 73% more visually impaired people than any other region in the world. John wanted to help this problem with his brand, giving glasses and enabling people to read, learn and work
