The legacy of Chloé's founder, Gaby Aghion, and her forward vision of femininity continues to inspire their long-term commitment to support women’s advancement, rebalance gender-based inequalities and promote inclusivity. They are proud that women currently make up 80% of their team at their headquarters in Paris, and 83% of Chloé worldwide. With women as change agents, inspiring and engaging them, they will reinforce their commitment to bring a positive impact to people and the planet. In 2019, Chloé initiated GIRLS FORWARD, a three-year partnership with UNICEF to provide girls with skills to advance in the workplace through education, entrepreneurship and training programs in five countries: Bolivia, Jordan, Morocco, Senegal and Tajikistan. They have already raised € 668,000 for the GIRLS FORWARD initiative to date and will continue to collect funds to support UNICEF gender equality programs
