Laara Swim uses exclusively packaging with a sustainable edge. Their hangtags are FSC, bikini bags are made of recycled plastic, their shipping bags are recycled paper, and the luxurious boxes for retail are made of FSC paper

Saving the oceans is one key motivation for Laara Swim to create the Brand. They use exclusively repurposed plastic collected from the ocean to produce their swimwear, in order to promote healthy oceans

At Laara Swim they calculate all CO2 emissions of their operations via carboncare.org and compensate them via myclimate.org

Laara Swim does not want to incentivize mass consumption, they aim for swimwear that lasts for years, hence why they only launch 1-2 collections per year and choose to keep the designs timeless and simple, mostly focusing on the quality of craftsmanship and material

Laara Swim main production site is BSCI certified and they also visit the facility on an ongoing basis to check how things work

Laara Swim is size-inclusive: they offer variety in sizing and styles, and always test new products on a selected group of women of all sizes
